(To Develop the Networking in Community Participation) - The statute of autonomy brings new change in Indonesian democracy dynamic from the province government, district or city, sub district until village. The government hopes that the society can build its own region more focus, transparant, accountable and participative. This statute of autonomy makes Lakpesdam and Lapera excited so that they make net through the society participation strengthen. They reactive the society forums from multistakeholders, such as Village Chief, BPD and the society itself. Its aim is to actualize the BPD's role and function as legislative committee in village by making BPD forums in sub district, district or city until province level so that the society's participation from the low level can lead their aspiration to the higher level. Even though in reality BPD cannot help much with the system condition which has been built from long time ago yet, what the Lakpesdam and Lapera do is a good step in democratic process.
