STRES KERJA DARI PERSPEKTIF TEORI SISTEM-EKOLOGI

Stres adalah respons psikologis dan fisiologis terhadap berbagai peristiwa yang mengganggu keseimbangan pribadi kita dalam beberapa cara. Stres di tempat kerja bukanlah fenomena baru, tetapi ini merupakan ancaman yang besar terhadap kesehatan dan kesejahteraan pekerja daripada sebelumnya. Stres di tempat kerja biasanya merupakan hasil dari tuntutan yang tinggi pada pekerjaan, nyata atau kurangnya kontrol yang dirasakan mengenai tuntutan tersebut, buruknya komunikasi dan organisasi sehari-hari, dan lingkungan kerja yang tidak mendukung. Stres pekerjaan dapat dilihat dari berbagai model dan salah satunya adalah perspektif teori sistem ekologi.
