PENDIDIKAN NONFORMAL PADA PUSAT REHABILITASI SOSIAL ANAK MEMERLUKAN PERLINDUNGAN KHUSUS (Studi Pada Anak Berhadapan dengan Hukum )

Education is a basic right that must be obtained by every child, including those in conflict with the law. Social rehabilitation centers play an important role in ensuring that these children do not lose access to education. This article discusses the concept of non-formal education, its implementation in social rehabilitation centers, the benefits obtained, and the challenges faced in its implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, data collection is carried out using in-depth interviews and case studies. The research results show that non-formal education in social rehabilitation centers has a significant impact on the development of children's life, social and academic skills.
