In an organization or institution that is established, everything cannot be handled alone, so there is a
supervisory relationship that is useful for maximizing performance in an organization or institution,
this supervisory relationship is a relationship between the supervisor (who supervises) and the
supervisee (who is supervised), where the supervisor is the party in charge and the supervisee is the
party who carries out the supervisor's direction, of course, the activities in this institution do not
always run smoothly, a sign of obstacles or obstacles, problems can arise at any time during the work
process, such as the Special School for Disability Sports, Surakarta, where supervisees can get many
obstacles that are present in the process of teaching and learning activities, and that is where the
supervisor's job is to provide education such as evaluation, and always understand the difficulties
experienced by supervisees and always provide support in various aspects of teaching and learning
activities, by being open to each other in terms of communication related to teaching and learning
activities, it is hoped that this activity can run smoothly because the supervisor carries out the
educational function properly to the supervisee.
