This study examines the capacity development of children from marginalized families at Rumah Hebat Anak Indonesia (RHAI) Cipete, South Jakarta. The focus is on knowledge, skills, and attitudes based on Skidmore’s (1983) theory. A qualitative approach was used with interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings show that RHAI successfully creates an inclusive and participatory learning environment. Children gain knowledge through thematic learning and skills through creative activities. Positive attitudes develop from healthy social interactions and the reinforcement of humanistic values.
