PENYESUAIAN DIRI MANTAN NARAPIDANA DALAM MENGHADAPI STIGMA NEGATIF MASYARAKAT

The self-adjustment experienced by ex-prisoners in dealing with the negative stigma they receive from society after serving their sentences. To understand the difficulties ex-prisoners face during social reintegration, this study collected data from various sources through descriptive qualitative methods and literature review. The study shows that the social stigma attached to ex-prisoners often leads to ostracism, discrimination, and difficulty building good social relationships. However, many ex-offenders strive to change society by participating in social activities and behaving positively. Family, community, and effective rehabilitation programs are crucial to help them adjust and reduce stigma. This study found that collaboration between the community, government, and relevant institutions is needed to create an environment that supports the social reintegration of ex- prisoners so that they can contribute positively in society. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for communities and policy makers on how they can assist the reintegration of ex-offenders.

Supervision is a process of supervision and direction carried out by a supervisor or superior towards supervisees and subordinates within a team. The main objective of supervision is to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the team's work performance in accordance with established standards and expectations. In the context of social work, supervision serves three main functions, namely administration, education, and support. The supportive function of supervision is particularly crucial in social work that involves teams or social workers handling substance abuse users at the Pamardi Putra Social Rehabilitation Center in Lembang, West Java. Such work often leads to psychological pressure on supervisees, making them susceptible to burnout. Therefore, supervisors are expected to provide emotional support, motivation, and guidance to the team in coping with the pressures and challenges that arise in their work. By implementing effective supervision focused on the administrative, educational, and supportive functions, it is anticipated that the team at the Pamardi Putra Social Rehabilitation Center can perform better and effectively navigate work challenges.

In an organization or institution that is established, everything cannot be handled alone, so there is a
supervisory relationship that is useful for maximizing performance in an organization or institution,
this supervisory relationship is a relationship between the supervisor (who supervises) and the
supervisee (who is supervised), where the supervisor is the party in charge and the supervisee is the
party who carries out the supervisor's direction, of course, the activities in this institution do not
always run smoothly, a sign of obstacles or obstacles, problems can arise at any time during the work
process, such as the Special School for Disability Sports, Surakarta, where supervisees can get many
obstacles that are present in the process of teaching and learning activities, and that is where the
supervisor's job is to provide education such as evaluation, and always understand the difficulties
experienced by supervisees and always provide support in various aspects of teaching and learning
activities, by being open to each other in terms of communication related to teaching and learning
activities, it is hoped that this activity can run smoothly because the supervisor carries out the
educational function properly to the supervisee.

This research discusses the role of local government in addressing poverty in Cianjur Regency. Poverty is a global challenge faced by many countries, including Indonesia. The local government plays a central role in addressing poverty in Cianjur through the implementation of social assistance programs and policies that support local economic development. Poverty can also be interpreted as a condition in which individuals or groups do not have adequate access to the economic, social, and cultural resources needed to achieve a decent standard of living. By understanding and applying the principles of human rights, governments and institutions can design policies and programs to address poverty, improve social welfare, and ensure that the basic rights of every individual are respected and protected.

The research was carried out through a literature study regarding the evaluation of the work of
the Surabaya City Social Service. The existing literature suggests the performance and evaluation
of the Social Service in fostering street children. Research uses secondary data. Information
obtained from existing literature. The results of the Surabaya Social Service's research have
carried out the responsibilities of the goals, vision and mission by using five indicators and factors
that influence performance. There were also obstacles faced by the Surabaya City Social Service
which were the inhibiting factors in the process of fostering street children.

KAJIAN STUDI LITERATUR IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENANGANAN STUNTING DI KABUPATEN SUMBA BARAT DAYA

Indonesia's stunting prevalence status based on the 2022 SGGI is 21.6 percent, which exceeds the limit set by WHO. In addition, the 2030 demographic bonus, which is expected to drive the engine of the economy, is currently 180 million toddlers who fall into the stunting category. Various efforts have been made by the central and regional governments to achieve the target of reducing stunting by 14 percent according to the RPJMN. Both support from regulatory, or budgetary aspects, however, to deal with the stunting problem requires multi-stakeholder and multi-sectoral commitment and involvement. Sumba Barat Daya as the Regency that has the highest stunting status rate of 44.8 percent in February 2022 has also shown great efforts in overcoming the problem of stunting. By issuing a policies”Peraturan Bupati Sumba Barat Daya Nomor 14 Tahun 2022 Tentang Pencegahan dan Penanganan Stunting di Desa”, budget allocation comes from physical DAK, non-physical DAK, and APBDdes, and a TPPS team has been formed down to the village level. This study aims to analyze the implementation of policies that have been implemented in Sumba Barat Daya through literature studies and qualitative analysis of the results of confirmation with the Ministry of Health, Bappenas, BKKBN, Health Office and Bapperida of Sumba Barat Daya. The findings from this study are that Sumba Barat Daya Regency has succeeded in reducing stunting by 20 percent to 24 percent in February 2023 within one year. However, there are inconsistencies from the e PPGBM data which is usually used as a reference by Southwest Sumba Regency. Therefore, the concept of one stunting data, refocusing the budget to improve the quality of human resources, and optimizing the monitoring and evaluation function are policy recommendations that can be implemented in Sumba Barat Daya Regency.

PEMBERDAYAAN SOSIAL DAN EKONOMI PADA AKSEPTOR DI KAMPUNG KELUARGA BERENCANA (KB)

Empowerment is one of the efforts to empower individuals, groups and families through empowerment programs whose aim is to improve the quality of life of the community. In fact, the implementation of the empowerment program is still not optimal and there are still many people who are not interested in participating in the empowerment program. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of social and economic empowerment of acceptors in the Family Planning Village (KB), the efforts and obstacles in the empowerment process, as well as practical and theoretical implications for the development of social welfare science. Qualitative research method with literature study data obtained from literature studies and documents that support the research. The results of the research show that the social and economic empowerment of acceptors in the Family Planning Village (KB) takes the form of activities such as being given direction, training, and providing business capital to achieve 8 family functions. However, in its implementation there are still obstacles such as limited cadres, lack of community participation, and lack of counseling. Several efforts were also made so that the empowerment in the Family Planning Village (KB) ran smoothly.

Education is a basic right that must be obtained by every child, including those in conflict with the law. Social rehabilitation centers play an important role in ensuring that these children do not lose access to education. This article discusses the concept of non-formal education, its implementation in social rehabilitation centers, the benefits obtained, and the challenges faced in its implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, data collection is carried out using in-depth interviews and case studies. The research results show that non-formal education in social rehabilitation centers has a significant impact on the development of children's life, social and academic skills.

LOCAL WISDOM PRESERVATION IN DIGITAL AGE: A BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF TRADITIONAL KNOWLEDGE SYSTEMS

This study explores the preservation of local wisdom in the digital age, with a specific focus on traditional knowledge systems in Indonesia. As technology continues to advance rapidly, there is growing concern over the erosion of local cultural knowledge passed down through generations. The shift toward globalization and digitalization poses a significant threat to the survival of traditional wisdom, especially when it becomes overshadowed by mass-produced information. Through a bibliometric analysis, this research identifies the challenges and opportunities in digitizing traditional knowledge, highlighting both the risks and the potential benefits of using digital platforms to preserve cultural heritage. The study employs qualitative and quantitative research methods, analyzing case studies of indigenous knowledge preservation efforts in Indonesia, such as the Subak irrigation system in Bali and the terraced rice fields of Tana Toraja. The findings demonstrate that, while digitalization presents a valuable tool for documentation, there is a need for careful consideration of the social and cultural contexts in which this knowledge exists to ensure its meaningful preservation. This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on the intersection of technology and cultural heritage, providing actionable recommendations for policymakers, local communities, and researchers to protect and promote local wisdom in the digital era.
